Anyone can cook. But not everyone can cook on the road, handle the day to day stresses of touring, produce incredible food and keep up spirits for the entire touring staff. This is what we specialize in. Our basic service includes: *3 homemade meals a day (or whatever your tour requires) *A homey, colorful atmosphere for dining and hanging out *A full coffee and espresso case stocked w/ quality coffee (we have our own, powerful blend in addition to local brews and fair trade coffee when available), teas , cocoas and all accouterments. *Preparation of dressing rooms (as low key or elaborate as required) *Preparation and delivery of stage and bus requirements *Truck and bus driver "lunches" and coffee thermoses for after-show drives *Direct advancing from our office to the local promoters (this eliminates tour production from having to advance catering) Personal Chefs We also offer Personal Chef Services with cases specifically designed for ultra efficiency in smaller spaces. A personal chef can cook for a group of 1-10. With a large resource of chefs to call upon, Dega can guarantee someone who will be able to fulfill all of your smaller cooking needs. References will be available for all chefs.
